Angiogenic properties of Pd(II)-complex was investigated using the CAM, in vitro tube formation assay. Pd(II)-complex has anti-angiogenic activity against HUVEC cells compared to standard compounds. Pd(II)-complex displayed significant cytotoxic effect in a time and dose dependent manner. To the best of our knowledge it is the first study on the angiogenic evaluation of that Pd(II)-complex.
