3D experiments of SAGD process under different pressure conditions were conducted. Correspondence between heat loss, oil rate, steam chamber development was discussed. Components of the produced oil were analyzed. Oil sands consolidated together obviously under high pressure condition. SAGD process is not feasible in high pressure environment.
