The developed alloys showed superior tensile properties to AISI 316L alloy.

The developed alloys showed superior pitting corrosion resistance to AISI 316L alloy.

Addition of Mo increased resistance to the stress corrosion cracking of the alloys.

Alloyed Mo increased pitting corrosion resistance and grain boundary cohesion.
