Hybrid migration operator is created by using local ring topology. Powell's method is amended by adjusting termination criteria and step size. Mutation operator is modified by adding a scalar difference to its parent. Experimental results are compared with several evolutionary algorithms. Effect of operators on performance of PRBBO is discussed.
