This paper determines the factors influencing passengers’ willingness to recommend transit. It assesses transit promoters’ and non-promoters’ intended future use. The study uses a 2014 transit satisfaction survey of bus users in Montreal, Canada. Users who are satisfied with the service attributes have higher odds of promoting the service. Intended future use is not correlated with the willingness to recommend the service to others.
