Identification of 42 new polyphenols out of 45 in Satureja montana subsp. kitaibelii.
Chlorogenic acid and one dicaffeoylquinic acid isomer were the major phenolics found.
Total phenolic contents by HPLC–DAD and Folin–Ciocalteu were in agreement.
