We investigate superconducting properties of FeSe1−x1−xTex films with x=0−0.4x=0−0.4. Superconducting transition temperature inlms with x=0.2−0.4x=0.2−0.4 are 22−2322−23 K. Superconducting transition temperature suddenly drops at x=0.1−0.15x=0.1−0.15.
