Optical scanning holography based on compressive sensing using a digital micro-mirror device

A kind of Optical scanning holography free of mechanical scanning is proposed.

Mechanical scanning devices are replaced by digital micro mirror device to get rid of vibration.

Compressive sensing theory is employed to reconstruct the hologram of an object.

Reconstruction results are almost as good as that of using mechanical scanning when sample rate is large enough.

Different results of reconstruction can be obtained depend on different sample rates.
