The new nurse-led COPD-GRIP intervention is developed. The intervention translates evidence concerning illness perceptions (IP) and HRQoL. The intervention is a practical guide to provide individualized COPD care. Paper provides a detailed evaluation of the intervention from perspective of nurses. Taking IP into account is a valuable improvement in individualized COPD care.
