Tissue-engineered nerve was constructed by acellular nerve allograft seeded with neural stem cells. Tetramethylpyrazine can effectively protect cells in the process of transplantation. Acellular nerve allograft has the similar three-dimensional structure compared to a normal autogenous nerve.
