A distinctive and reliable Chit/CuTsPc thin-film modified glassy carbon electrode was constructed and characterized.
The Chit/CuTsPc modified electrode was used for electrocatalytic reduction and determination of MTZ.
The developed sensor was highly accurate, low cost, pH dependent, selective and sensitive.
Detection limit was found to be 0.41 nM from differential pulse voltammetry method.
Voltammetric technique was effectively realistic to detect MTZ in drug formulations and urine samples.
