Substrate concentration, UV intensity, and humidity as well as TiO2 pretreatments slightly influenced the CO selectivity.

CO selectivity substantially increased in the order of C6 hydrocarbons from hexane to benzene.

Pt deposition in amount of 1 wt.% completely prevented evolution of CO.
