OTFT is manufactured by R2R based and all solution-process. Self-assembled monolayer (SAM) treatment can offer the effective work function. Roll-to-roll gravure printed semiconductor and dielectric OTFT shows excellent performance. Ag ink is inkjet-printed on the dielectric layer and general condition for printing on non-hydrophilic surface is suggested.
