Link between park pathway design characteristics and senior walking is examined. Methods of observations and interviews were applied. Seniors prefer pathways with even pavement, benches, flowers, and light fixtures. Pathways that are long and are in medium width are used more by seniors. Pathways that are without connection with activity zones are used more by seniors.
