CuTCPP/BiPO4 composite was prepared via a liquid ultrasonic route. CuTCPP/BiPO4 showed enhanced photo-response and charge separation efficiency. CuTCPP/BiPO4 showed higher photo-activity in the degradation of RhB and phenol.
