A synthesis of steroidal thiazoles has been performed in one pot manner under microwave irradiation. The compounds were screened for in vitro antioxidant activity using DPPH method. DNA cleavage, genotoxicity and RBC hemolysis have been investigated. Docking studies were performed to investigate the hypothetical binding mode of steroidal thiazoles.
