A phenanthrene based highly selective fluorogenic and visual sensor for Cu2 + ion with nanomolar detection limit and its application in live cell imaging
A new phenanthrene based chemosensor has been synthesized and investigated to act as highly selective fluorescence and visual sensor for Cu2 + ion with very low detection limit of 1.58 nM; this has also been used to image Cu2 + in human cervical HeLa cancer cells.
