We identify the SNA measures most closely associated with supply chain efficiency. Clustering technique is developed to prevent multicollinearity between SNA variables. The interchangeable nature of SNA variables is disclosed and displayed. Supply chain efficiency is best modeled by its member's SNA measures. The closeness/betweenness tradeoff is observed at both firm and chain-level models.
