Fabrication and electrochemical determination of l-cysteine of a composite film based on V-substituted polyoxometalates and Au@2Ag core-shell nanoparticles

A multilayer composite film of Dawson-type vanadium-substituted POMs and Au@Ag core–shell NPs was fabricated by LbL technique.

The proposed sensor exhibits low detection limit, high sensitivity, fast response time and excellent anti-interference property.

The proposed sensor was applied to detect l-cysteine in real sample with satisfactory results.
