A 20-year study on attitudes regarding proximity to alternative wastewater treatment. Desert city green wastewater treatment co-benefits and acceptability are explored. Home value impacts were short term and showed resilience in market downturns. Residents were satisfied or very satisfied with the area's quality of life. Proximity to water and parks in desert cities adds substantial home value.
