Pressure dependent Raman spectroscopic study of CaCu3Ti4O12 and SrCu3Ti4O12. Raman spectra showed Iso-Structural transition above ~8 GPa. The material remains in insulating phase up to 20 GPa. The work showed marked deviation from theoretical predictions.
