An evolution framework of transmission power system with high permeability renewable energy is established. Network simplification method based on PTDF can effectively reduce computing burden while keeping acceptable accuracy. Annual production simulation considering the fluctuation of renewable energy is constructed to find out the bottleneck. A grid evolution method based on heuristic algorithm is proposed to find out optimal expansion strategy. Test results of real power system show that the proposed framework is feasible.
