Graphene worked as nuclei for PVDF crystallization and transformed PVDF from γ-form to α-form.

Hydrophobicity of the membrane substrate interface increased after graphene incorporation.

Hybrid membranes have better CO2 absorption performance with stronger wetting resistance.

Membrane orientation affected the CO2 absorption in membrane contactor.
