Synthesis of flower-like Ta3N5via a solvothermal reaction-nitridation method. Ta3N5-Au heterojunction consists of flower-like Ta3N5 microspheres and Au nanoparticles. High photocatalytic activities for the degradation of organic pollutants under visible light irradiation. A possible mechanism for the enhanced photocatalytic activity of flower-like Ta3N5-Au was proposed.
