Soft magnetic BaM ferrite was fabricated successfully by Mn-Co-Zr substitution. Remnant magnetization of doped BaM ferrite is 48.7 emu/g when Hc is 317 Oe. RL is smaller than 10 dB from 7.2 to 12.2 GHz for doped BaM as x = 1.2.
