Six Sigma is a well-structured methodology based to detect and reduce the variation on design and production process. Six sigma helps to achieve the company’s goals by driving the six sigma projects throughout the company. Therefore by both reducing the defects and improving the customer satisfactions are provided by implementing several six sigma projects. In the literature some papers are available when it comes to the selection of Six Sigma projects, but only few papers deal with the evaluation of completed Six Sigma projects. In this study, the main and sub-criteria of the evaluation of the Six Sigma projects are determined and weighted by FANP (Fuzzy Analytical Network Process) with group decision by referring to linguistic terms while expressing the comparisons of criteria. Firstly, the criteria are determined and classified by taking into account experts decisions. Secondly, the weights are calculated via FANP methods by integrating experts’ decisions with the geometric mean. Finally, fifteen completed projects are evaluated and ranked by weighted sum methods as the real-word application.
