Efficient separation and quantitative detection of Listeria monocytogenes based on screen-printed interdigitated electrode, urease and magnetic nanoparticles
The cheap screen printed electrode was used for impedance measurement. A new equivalent circuit was designed for simulation of the biosensor. This biosensor can detect was Listeria as low as 103 CFU/mL in 3 h. The mean recoveries of Listeria in spiked lettuce samples was 98.2%. This biosensor has a good specificity to Listeria monocytogenes.
