Ontology-Based Approach for Measurement Systems Integration (OBA-MSI) is proposed. OBA-MSI helps organizations to establish a proper software measurement process. OBA-MSI guides tool integration to support the software measurement process. An integration initiative using OBA-MSI was performed. First results showed OBA-MSI is viable and helps improve software measurement.
