Nuclear spin system in a liquid or a gas entrapped in nano cavities is considered.

Spin–lattice relaxation due to presence of paramagnetic impurities is described.

Orientational order and isotropically disordered cases were considered.

In isotropically disordered the time dependence of the magnetization is non-exponential.

Relaxation time depends on the structural parameters of a nanocavity.
