Heat was extracted via internal heat exchanger from salinity gradient solar pond. Flow rate based upon heat extraction and temperature drop was optimized in SGSP. Effect of feed temperature on permeate flux of DCMD process was investigated. Feed TDS concentration increased with enhanced feed temperature and flux in DCMD.
