A simple and sensitive method based on in-tube SPME-HPLC was developed for detection of TFAs. Highly hydrophobic monolithic column was specially prepared for microextraction, pre-separation, and purification. Trans- and cis- isomers of FAMEs could be rapidly separated in baseline with the help of poly (OMA-co-EDMA) monolith. Short time-consuming, low disturbance and high detection sensitivity for the analytes were achieved.
