Soluble copper formulations (SCuF) are not as effective as insoluble (ICuF) for citrus canker control. 1 kg of metallic copper/ha/spray showed the highest rate-benefit for canker control. There is no difference among ICuF for canker control at the same metallic copper rate. Lower rates of copper contribute to reduce the environmental impact of sprays.
