Structural, thermal, and optical features of TeO2 rich glasses were studied.

TeO4, Te3+1, TeO3 units of TeO4; BO3 and BO4 units of B2O3 were identified.

Several glass forming region and thermal stability parameters were evaluated.

All synthesized glasses show high thermal and glass stabilities.

Direct and Indirect optical band gaps were evaluated from absorption spectra.
