A XWYZXWYZ rumor spreading model with impulse vaccination and time delay is proposed. The dynamical equations of XWYZXWYZ model by using Floquet theorem and the compassion theorem are derived. There exerts the spreading threshold in the XWYZ model with impulse vaccination and time delay. Large vaccination rate, short impulse period or long latent period is sufficient condition for the extinction of the rumors.
