A set of 105 caspase inhibitor-related, apoptotic, differentially expressed genes in gliomas are selected.

TUBB2A, RPSA, RPL5, PSMC3 and KHSRP are crucial genes for gliomas.

These genes are highly associated with metabolism-related functions and pathways.

PSMC3 and RPL5 were highlighted in the protein-protein interaction network.

KHSRP and TUBB2A were predicted as targets of cefotaxime, cefacetrile and netilmicin.
