Aberrations induced by misaligned null optics is independent on off-axis distance. Little aberrations is introduced to central subaperture by misaligned test surface. Pre-calibrate the null-induced aberrations by using central subaperture as reference. Through-the-back test with an interferometer precisely monitoring axial distance. Experimental cross test shows stitching gives real surface error with correct SA.
