A joint stochastic-deterministic approach for modelling monthly flows. Monthly flows are composed of deterministic, stochastic and random part. Trend and macroperiodic component constitute the annual deterministic component . Seasonal deterministic component is modelled on the monthly time scale. The stochastic component is modelled as dependent variable of monthly climatic inputs.
