Soy milk elicits endocrine-disrupting effects, by decreasing serum testosterone levels. Soy milk also decreased Sertoli cell number and increased the percentage of degenerated Sertoli and Leydig cells. The endocrine-disrupting effects are intensified by exposure to soy milk and glyphosate residues.
