This work uses AIRS based vertical profile for fire impact on trace gas emissions. Demonstrates spatial distribution and magnitude of trace gas emissions due to fire This is crucial as wildfires are on the rise because of climate change. It also shows the seasonal impact on trace gas emissions. This methodology can be applied to other fire prone areas too.
