Dielectric and optical study of the M-phase Li1+xNb1−xTixO3 (x = 0.06–0.18). XRD analysis to confirm the formation of M-phase LNTs. Particle size in the range of 401.5–351.3 nm was confirmed by TEM analysis. Highest relative permittivity of 51.60 was observed for x = 0.14. PL intensity (203.1) that exhibits the blue emission (453 nm) was obtained for x = 0.10.
