At higher As concentration Varuna was more tolerant than PJn cultivar. As hampered the growth of both cultivars but increased secondary metabolites level. Tolerance of Varuna cultivar is correlated with higher sulfur and thiol proteins. Differential pattern of total as well as individual GSLs content was observed.
