Ultrafine PbS powders were prepared via sulfurization combined with inert gas condensation. Critical factors of ultrafine PbS powders preparation were intensively studied. Ultrafine PbS powders with a high purity can be successfully prepared from the lead paste of scrap lead-acid batteries.
