Hybrid nanofibers composited with differently functionalized-MWNTs were prepared. The flexibility of electrode was improved by the sublimation of terephthalic acid. Symmetric solid-state supercapacitors were fabricated in the voltage of 0–1.8 V. Internal series-connected supercapacitors were designed with higher energy density.
