Four D.hSODs were classified into Cu/Zn-SOD, Cu/Zn–SOD and Mn–SOD groups. All D.hSODs revealed relatively high level in male reproductive system. Different SOD groups expressed differently in development stages. The expression of D.hSODs increased in older adults. SODs can eliminate oxidative damage products and helpful to retard aging.
