Superconducting, Fermi surface, and magnetic properties in SrTGe3 and EuTGe3 (T: transition metal) with the Rashba-type tetragonal structure

We grew single crystal of SrTGe3 (T: Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, and Pt) and Eu-divalent antiferromagnets EuTGe3 (T: Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, and Pt) by the In-flux method. The electrical resistivity, specific heat, magnetic susceptibility, magnetization, and dHvA effect have been measured. All the SrTGe3 compounds are superconductors with Tsc = 0.46–1.38 K. We studied precisely the magnetic properties of EuIrGe3 by measuring the magnetization in pulse fields of up to 300 kOe, and constructed the magnetic phase diagram. We carried out the pressure experiment for EuCoGe3, EuRhGe3, and EuIrGe3.
