Karst geology increases the complexity of hydrologic and water quality modeling. We examine Topo-SWAT to simulate hydrology and water quality of a karst watershed. Simulation of groundwater-surface water interaction was critical for karst geology. Topo-SWAT predicted streamflow, sediment, nitrogen and phosphorous load adequately. This work provides a base model for evaluating the impacts of management practices.
