A field vaccination regimen against streptococcosis in tilapia using a feed-based killed bacterin vaccine is proposed. Double booster vaccination regimen was able to sustain the antibody levels for 3 months and improved the survival to 70%. Therefore, a vaccination regime recommended for the feed-based killed vaccine consisted of vaccination at weeks 0, 2 and 6.
