Understanding behaviour of model suspensions of sucrose and sunflower oil when interacting with a secondary immiscible liquid. Novel technique to monitor movement of secondary liquid within the suspension. Achieved through a non-invasive method using X-ray CT scans. Time lapse of scans taken to monitor change to samples with times to better understand storage life.
