Sustainability benchmarks can be useful in deciding funding for urban mobility projects. Sustainability indicators are important tools that can contribute to the assessment of financed projects for sporting events such as the World Cup. A sustainability index that evaluates infrastructure projects facilitates the communication of analysis results to public policymakers.
