In this paper, the capability of Cyclic Spectral Density (CSD) is evaluated for ECG signal analyzing.

In order to model CSD coefficients of ECG signals, we proposed GARCH distribution.

GARCH parameters were calculated and employed to classify the ECG signals.

Results indicate that the proposed representation scheme is in accordance with heart signals. In addition, the correct classification rate has been improved.
